“We” are me and you and your key leaders, managers, and advisors – and, if necessary, any of the other advisors that I have in my growing network of capable professionals.

And "we" are the poeple you want by your side as you are navigating your Family Business or Partnership around the rocks, and through the rapids, canyons, and swamps.

You will find me, Dr. Andy Atwood, right at the center of Atwood +. My job is to be the catalytic leader that keeps communication flowing, identifies and builds individual and team strengths, and the pulls capable people together at all levels to engage in creative problem solving. I am an expert at "helping people to get along, and get ahead."

You should know that my own personal mission is to "Explore, map, and guide people to the Kin-dom of God." This clear vision gives me direction and energy.

Here are the three roles in which I do my best work.

• As a Licensed marriage and Family therapist and Master Social Worker – I’ve spent over 63,000 hours working with individuals, couples, families, and businesses since I began working in 1973.
• As a Family Business Advisor and Organizational Development Consultant – a position I’ve enjoyed since 1995 with more than two dozen family businesses, and businesses that feel like family.
• As a Leadership Agility Coach – providing specific guidance around a framework that encourages both the growth of consciousness and increased skillfulness in conducting pivotal conversations, improving team performance, and leading organizational change.

Let me say this again – “We” are you and me, partnering in an open, honorable, and collaborative way to increase the effectiveness of your family, and your leaders at work, so that all of you, including your network of advisors, function at the highest level.
